About Yuriy Shevchuk

Yuriy Shevchuk

Yuriy Shevchuk is an artist best known for his collaborations with the film Ford v Ferrari and the Shelby American Collection Museum in Boulder, Colorado In 2019, his artwork appeared in the film directed by James Mangold and starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale One of his paintings was featured in a key scene with the Ferrari 156 Sharknose wearing number 40 symbolically connected to the birth of the Ford GT40 which later won Le Mans four times in a row Another major project was a mural measuring 20 by 7,5 meters created for the Shelby American Collection The artwork is now a backdrop to original GT40 cars that raced at Le Mans between 1966 and 1968 Born in 1961 in Kyiv Ukraine Yuriy Shevchuk studied at Kyiv Art School and the Kyiv...
